Rear ended! :(
Update!
The lady (who is very nice and understanding) finally called me back today and said she spoke to the guy who hit me and that she accepts liability to fix my car. She told me to go to any body shop i want and have them send her the esimate. Once that is sent, someone from travelers will go to the body shop and give an estimate as well. I would go to infiniti but like i stated before they are completley booked.
Now i have to find time to bring it to the body shop!
I uploaded a video to youtube of my car and the sounds it makes just going down a normal road. Just an FYI, there is nothing in the trunk, back seat or the cup holder that would make any noise. This noise is strickly the top creaking resulting from the accident. I never heard these noises before the accident.

- let me know if this link doesnt work.

Update 2
I brought my car today in for the estimate to Inskip Collision Center, they quoted me almost $4,000 and that was just for the bumper two back windows and the paint + labor.
I put my top down after the accident and when it came back up, it had two dents on each side of the roof in the exact same spots. I put some white paint on them because i never saw them before accident and figured that the accident coundnt have caused it but it did. I put the top down again and the scratch in the exact same spot again. The back windows also have scratch groove marks that resemble a "C" as if the windows were being scratched as they got rolled down from the inside.
I know in fact that all these problems were not there becuase like i previously stated i went over the car 100% before i paid $30,000 for it 3 months ago.
Ill update when i get more info. Hopefully this thread will help someome else in the long run if there in the same situation.

Courtesy of the offender's insurance.
Then there is an inherent diminished value claim you should file after the repairs.
Finally got her back
First off, thank you all for the responses and support. It actually did help me.
So i finally got her back yesterday and she looks brand new! It took a month and a half to fix and the total was $10,002 all together. The picture may not seem like much but when the guy hit me, he misaligned the top, and broke the support beam behind the bumper. The wiring for the sensors was mangled as well. The whole top had to be replaced due to the "snake bits" that appeared after i put the top down after the accident. The side windows were replaced as well due to scratching on them from the inside due to the misalignment. And obviously the bumper had to be replaced and painted.
I went to Providence Auto Body in Providence, Rhode Island and they have taken care of me since day one. So if your around the area i would absolutley recommend them.
I was going to trade it in for a q50 or another g37 but the accident already showed up on the carfax due to how M.A. does there accident reports so now that plan is out the window. Obviously someone will not a buy a hardtop convertible that has been hit in the rear due to potential future problems so now i am keeping it and going after the diminished value claim.
Thank you guys again for all the support, i really appreciate it
