Picking up new vert next week!

Took advantage of the 6-month pull ahead program. They waived my last 6 months of payments on my 2009 G37x as well as eliminated the disposition fee and are absorbing up to $500 of excess wear and tear on turn in. Picking up a 2012 convertible - graphite shadow w/graphite interior. Nav, premium, illuminated kicks an splash guards. Cant Wait!

Ha ha... look at that! The OP is from Rochester. Go figure.

A buddy of mine loaned me his 2010 vert last Fall. It was the deciding factor for me to get the Sedan; (more room and ridiculously less heavy). However, driving around with the top down was immensely pleasing. I loved it. Top up, not so much. Still, very, very appealing car overall.

Here's a video, with my little one operating the roof controls:

Thanks, everyone!

I picked it up last night. It was raining of course. But hey, the fact that it's winter in Rochester and it's not snowing is a miracle in itself.

So far I love it. The technology has advanced considerably over my 2009. I'll be sure to post pics the first sunny day i can get out and shoot.

I did have an interesting evening though. I pulled into the garage and turned the car off. Then started to exit and heard an interior beeping. It's a double beep that wouldn't stop until about 1/2 hour passed. Any idea what it was? I know it wasn't lights left on, or anything like that. But it drove me nuts.

Did you leave one of your intelligent Key fobs in the car?

Oh and congratulations on the car.

I just picked up my '09 vert last month and I have noticed the same double beeping when there is no key in the car, and the lights are off...if you find out what it is, please do tell!

Update: I thought it might be the extra intelligent key because the dealer has to get me another one because they "lost track of it." So I left the one I had in the house and tried to start the car and it messaged "no key" so that is out. I also read something that if the seatbelt doesn't retract all the way that may cause it. I had it pulled through the guide on the seat at the time and took it out. That definitely let it retract all the way now. Finally I read that maybe something wasn't quite seated correctly with the top so I lowered it and then raised it. Seems to have stopped for the time being. Hope one of those 2 things resolved it.
