Unhappy Sad Night for the vert

Well tonight my worse mightmare came thru. After spending the entire evening cleaning the vert and get it ready for a car meet, today. This happens to me. I just so happen to take the vert out instead of my scion because my GPS wasnt working in my scion and I needed directions. Sooo the G suffered

Basically, I was driving straight thru an intersection, when the car in the incoming traffic decided to make a left turn without looking. So I got hit. An 18 year old chick, got lost and was on the phone when she decided to make a left turn. We were the only two cars in the whole area. sucks big time.

Am just glad that everyone involved was safe with no serious injuries.

Anyways here is the damage and ouch for the vossens, they were looking so clean.

Really sad to see this happen. I don't like the whole concept of the unprotected left turn.
Someone should really get rid of it. Seen atleast 2 other threads on here bout accidents same as yours.

Very sad to see man. At least there is no bodily injury. Hopefully it can be fixed covered by insurance if there is no frame damage.

No intersection with traffic lights should ever have unprotected left turn signals.

Glad to hear you are ok. Hopefully your G has the self-healing paint.

Too soon?

Wishing a speedy recovery to your G.

Unhappy

Very sorry to see/hear!
Are you getting repairs done at the dealer? Even if you are not, be sure to sure to remove/de-activate your Smart Top.

Good luck with getting her back!!

left turns are crazy, i was once on the causing end, a couple of years back. and that one i was being very careful, slowly creaping and it still happened. there gotta be lights that people must use.
