If it says NISMO S-Tune, R-Tune, GT-R, or V-Spec yes. If it doesn't then no.

 

No. NISMO is Nissan only. There's no NISMO Infiniti stuff. I suppose IPL would be Infiniti's equivalent.

Well if it makes any difference in Japan our cars are badged Nissans (370GT).

 

Nissan is the parent company of Infiniti. Just like Toyota is the parent company of Lexus. NISMO is a performance division of Nissan. But they don't make any parts specifically for Infiniti cars.

So your boyfriend was right. Not that being right ever helps when arguing with a woman. I'm sure you won the argument anyway.

 

There is a nismo exhaust system for the sedan, they also have springs/struts in japan. Since the car is actually a nissan, nismo makes parts for them. They just dont export it here since its badged as an infiniti. But yes nismo DOES make parts for the v36 chassis/vq37vhr engine.

Both NISMO and IPL are part of Nissan and all parts for Nissan and Infiniti cars are marked "NISSAN" mostly, you will rarely see Infiniti on parts.

It makes not much difference as long as the parts fit your Infiniti

 

You can put these on after you do the 370 GT conversion..lol.

I'd say NISMO in the term of your argument is true. Nissan Motor Sports is a tuning division.

If you think a re badged exhaust and intake is a hardcore tuner I'd have to chuckle.

 

Just to clarify NISMO DOES make parts for infinit, they made pieces for the G35 for sure, I am not saying they do or don't make anything for the 37, but to say no to ininiti in general is incorrect.

 

So what NISMO parts are available for the G37?

 

Catback, suspension (strut/spring), intakes, brake pads, sway bars, oil cooler (or was that just a nissan part?), shifters, etc..

 

I'm sure there is stuff that will fit, because there is so much similarity between the G and Z. But I don't think they make anything specifically for the G.

 

The nismo shop in west covina can get parts for our cars.

I spoke to a couple of guys there, and they assured me they make parts for the car.
