Looks nicer in your pictures than it did on mine in person. I have a VR and I did this to my grille over a year ago and it looks pretty good. I did the trunk lid, mt fuji, and g37 badges a week ago. I think the trunk lid done in plastidip looks kind of nasty. I stripped that thing off right away. The badges look alright. Personally though I think plastidip only looks good with the grille, but thats just my opinion.

I define durable as not coming off at highway speeds or higher. Or not coming off after a wash. I think the proper application helps.

Np. One good thing I do like about plastidip though is that it's extremely durable. Unless you're like me and use bug & tar remover on the plastidip. That WILL eat away the rubber paint.

You should do the emblems to match.

The following is from Plasti-Dip FAQ

Q? Is Plasti Dip® chemical resistant?

"Plasti Dip® protective coating has excellent resistance to acids, alkaline, and most common household chemicals. However, it is best to test this before going ahead with your application. Plasti Dip® does have limited resistance to petroleum based products."
