anyone know how many?

how many verts were produced in 09 to 10?
do they make the same amount as the coupe's?
i wonder how many coupe;s sedans and verts they made in a year. i never see other verts on the road but always see coupes and alot of sedans. i know the verts are newer but still pretty rare to see.

Great question Steve. I was wondering this myself. Additionally, I would be interested to know how many were MT v AT. I am guessing that less than 10% are manual & production for the US was pretty limited since the first cars appeared in late June/early July 2009 so I figure my car is fairly "rare".

i got a 6 mt myself. wish they had the new v8 platform since the car is heavy. rumour has it that it is gonna come out in a couple years. the fx is supposed to launch the new v8 in it like the m series. now that would be cool in the vert .. 420+ hp

I think all those stats would not be publicly available though.

Well sales figures are released, however is it released on a per model basis? I'm not sure. However I quick google search found this site

Car Production Numbers - Productioncars.com

I guess we'd need to pay to find out or seek some official source. It would be nice to know.

Infiniti Production Numbers - Productioncars.com

So I found this from nissannews.com , but no verts mentioned.

There would be a difference between production and sales numbers though.

Nissan/Infiniti News Room

The corporate sales page has a report from 7/1/10 but no verts mentioned.

Da Mayor is a Dealer

This post really did get my initiative flowing so I did get a little research and received some inside info that I will share:

- "There were roughly 4,400 2009 model year units made and roughly a little over 5% of those units were manual transmissions".

I was totally shocked at how low the total production # is. That means that Steve, Alan & I own 3 of the roughly 220 manual Verts produced in 2009.

I have asked for some additional data regarding Sport v. Non-Sport and other data regarding options - I'll keep you all posted.

haha didnt know that
and i wouldnt be too surprised about how low the numbers are bc i would bet that quite a few ppl that buy the g's are buying them for the luxury aspect as much as the go fast aspect. and when ppl think luxury they normally dont want a MT bc that is WORK. lol
although compared to my car the g's clutch feels soft enough for a toddler to push in. when i test drove the thing i was slamming the thing into the floor board with every shift because i was so used to my mustang haha
