The upholstery color and shadowing are off. The green looks light-emissive (read: glowing). That is probably a stone interior, which has a slightly green hue under that light when viewed through the windshield. The back seats wouldn't look green when exposed like that, they would look stone colored. The lines on the cut part and seat edges and stitching reveal photoshop brush strokes and therefore are not believable. They're also aliased differently than the rest of the car. The photo resolution sampling rate causes a specific artifact (read: visual flaw) that isn't matched in the photoshopped part which uses digital smudges to try to match it.
Click on the photo for a zoom and then click again for a full-size. After reading the above, it should be obvious that the chop-top is drawn-in.
Don't lock the thread; it's interesting to discuss and speculate on a convertible, even though the photo is an obvious fake
If I had to guess, the artist didn't intend to deceive, rather just wanted to see the roadster that we're all looking forward to.
