socketz,
It's on Auto-Trader, Cars.com and local Craigslist. A couple of calls and one test drive so far. AWD is nice to have here, not really a necessity unless you live in the mountains. But you are right, it's what sells here in this class of car.
My wife is working at home now, so I can take her SUV when it snows. I bought a G37 6MT for myself, but I had to import it from California.

You got a GREAT price for that car. I bought my 09xS at an Infiniti dealer with 47K for 23K. Mine was a late model 09 so it's got factory coverage until May, but I also got the dealer to certify it too. So you did very well getting 23K private party.
Keg -
I sold it for less than blue book. There is a big difference in value for the car with 24K miles vs. 47K miles. This one was also still under factory warranty and in truly outstanding condition. Basically not a scratch inside or out.
Unfortunately the CPO 2011 6MT I replaced it with is not quite as perfect, especially the interior.

The difference between the exact same car with 24K and 47K miles is about 2 grand ... Also you don't say where you are. The x pays a pretty good premium here. One thing I do notice is that the values have gone down about $300 in the last couple of weeks or so.
Anyway, the buyer is happy with the deal, so I feel good about it.
