Im looking to buy a new 09 G37x, but I was wondering if I should wait for the 2010. Have we heard any news on possible changes for the 2010? The thing is, I want athens blue, so id have to order one anyways...and it takes 3 months.

Don't think anything major, might get a new engine on 2011 though.

 

Well, next year they may offer the G37xS coupe, where as for the 09, if you want the x, you can't have the sport package. In 2010 11, they may stick in a direct injection engine with 350hp.

The truth is, just like the next Apple iPhone, no one "really" knows what is going to happen until it is officially announced.

 

Does the "s" model come in manual only, or do you think they would offer it with the 7 speed automatic?

 

"S" model comes in both 6MT and 7AT

 

Dammit...I want the S model G37x coupe in Automatic. Not to mention I cannot find an athens blue coupe for the life of me. My dealer called all over the country, and could only find 1 in Maryland...but it had stone interior and I want graphite.

How long does it usually take to order a car? 3 months or so?

 

S doesn't come with AWD mdoel, Auto/Manual both get S.

 

There is a Athen's blue coupe (G37x) sitting in the show room at Hoffman Estates Infiniti here in Illinois. It's was semi-loaded, navigation with a back up cam for sure and was on sale for $35k. I don't recall the interior color... pretty sure it was black though.

Infiniti is sitting on a lot of cars right now... if there is anytime to buy, it'd be now. I'd say screw ordering unless money ain't a thang

 

Is AB really that rare? I got an AB, and they were able to find one within a week. Mind you, it was transported from like the other side of Canada....

 

There was no change to the engine on the G37 convertible, so i dont really think there will be much change in 2010, if anything major it will be in 2012..

 

I know they wont change the engine, and they just added the 7 speed auto. Im thinking minor body changes and maybe a new color?

 

don't think you can do staggered rims (like on the s)on a 4wd, at least not stock...
could be completely wrong though.

 

I guess AB really is rare, we could only find 1 being sold in the Northeast. The dealer is going to order one for me in the next few days.
