Maybe Infiniti is waiting on the synchro-rev until they find a way to make it push-button, or optional. Since the whole system is electronically modulated, I'm sure there's a way to turn it on and off. If you could turn it on for your daily commute to work, and then turn it off when you want to take a spirited drive, that would be awesome!

Yes, I was definitely kidding. However, I do wish our 6th speed had a slightly higher ratio. I'd prefer to be doing 80mph on the expressway at just over 2500rpm, instead of just under 3500rpm. We would get better gas mileage, because no one actually drives 55-65 on the expressway.

Yes, there is the button which turn on/off synchro rev match.

If you want more fun, turn off the synchro rev match,

I don't know why G37s are not getting this feature.

Damn, if that's the case, then even though I still prefer doing it myself, yes I am jealous of that feature. I'd say it's a safe bet it'll be on next year's model too.

the Z car is more sport oriented.. don't expect the same attention for a luxury coupe.. To start with for example, out of around 100 G37's in our local club, less than 10 are modified, the others are stock.. and those < 10 that are modified only got inspired by me lol..

even on this forum for example, what percent of G37's are you of those in the US.. I'm sure there are tons of G37 around there that are bone stock.. however, it would be a lucky day to find 370Z in a year that wont be modded..

The G's look much better than the Z's when they are modded.

Not to mention that there are even less GTR owners that mod and they already have many options for them.

I just thought of another thing that I hope Infiniti will add to future models. If they absolutely insist on locking out all the useful nav features while the car is moving, maybe they'll be nice enough to tie it into the passenger seat weight sensor. I understand that they don't want the driver messing with the nav menus while driving, but there's no reason that our passengers should be locked out as well. Maybe in the future they can disable the menu lockouts when the passenger seat sensor senses that someone is sitting in the passenger seat!

Exactly, it'll then be easier to bypass those sensers rather than going for a whole bypass module haha

I hope they make some changes, even thou I'm going to stick to my 08, they need some type of boost..Wheather its weight reduction, or better gear ratios, more tQ. Something to help out those 330hp.

Also should have electronic slide in mirros, the rev match system, oh yeah..red interior..

And I'm still ganna stick w my 08...=\

I LOVE the synchro-rev-match. I wish I had it on my G. It works flawlessly.

I agree. If I wanna shift I don't want the car doing it for me.
