Do you think we will get the V8 anytime soon? I mean everyone else in our class* is with the IS-F, BMW M3, Audi S5...

*2 door luxury coupe, i know the G is no where near M3 status... but we can take a shot at them with a V8 right?

Anyone up to being the first G37 using the Nissan Titan V8?

G37 could compete with the M3. Improve the suspension, drop the Titan V8 tuned to 450HP, CF Roof, First vehicle with CF hood from factory, Start the MSRP at $51,499, and we have a winner.

On a semi related topic, my ex called me today all excited to let me know that she saw the convertible G37 yesterday in Manhattan. She said it looked like a Corolla, LMAO. She knows cars pretty well so i'll believe that she actually saw one. I'm like no pics? Her phone isn't a camera phone. This complete sucks.

2009 Corvette ZR-1 holds that title.

The zr1 is way above the class of m3. That is a tuned version of the already successful z06, and i think the cost is going to be over 100k.

If the g37 were to compete with the m3, they would have to do a LOT of work, including countless hours of on-track testing to get it anywhere near the m3. Then we would need to have it high-revving for that fun factor. I doubt anything like this will come about anytime soon...
