12.90 @ 106 new NA times!!

well i still have stock headers, stock cams, stock clutch and flywheel, stock motor, and i have a nice new best all motor.

i will post a few pics from today, i ran the first run with nitrous cause i wanted to just make a good pass in front of everyone. my car would NOT go into third gear, it took me three tries. i picked up 30 mph in the last 1/8th though, i will put a picture of my time slip. 12.2 at 115

the second run i made all motor i spun like crazy off the line, the third run i spun bad and smoked the guy i was running and since we were bracket racing i let off at the end to make sure i didnt break out

my last run i was soo happy with... i red lighted with a -.008 damn it, and i had 12.90 dialed in, ran a 12.906 i think, i posted up the time slips, sorry i just broke my scanner (it was pissing me off so i hit it and it shattered all the glass) so i had to take them with my digital camera!!!

i saw 2 of ur runs, great times man. Did you feel the track a little different today? maybe slippery? because i saw a bunch of people that would launch, lose traction, and just let off the gas being very precautious after what happend with the rx-7 guy that flipped.

Jeremy what did you run with 1) stock weight 2) stock wheels and tires (no DR's or slicks) 3) no mods? If you're ever in South Florida I just might let you run my car at Moroso, if it's not at the expense of a new clutch of course haha. I think you've officially deserved the award for the fastest and most abused Z

yeah the skinnys up front will help A LOT. my stock rims and tires weigh 57 and 59 pounds each with tires. that is really really heavy. the skinnys would help a tremendous amount. i am probably going to get some crawford headers. put on the top secret plenum. some nice cams, maybe even touch the bottom end when i put the cams in since i will be half way there. i seriously think that this car could run low 12s NA very very soon. soo much fun. plus i havent even recieved my tuner wideband that hooks up to the utec that datalogs the AF ratio. this was self tuned by just simply observing my AEM AF gauge and adjusting accordingly, i set it all to run high 12 s AFR. havent even dyno tuned at all... this should only get better here soon

had a lot of fun yesterday guys, and yes my first two NA runs i spun really bad off the line, i just let the PSI down to where i almost run with nitrous and launch at 6000 grand. i love this stock clutch so far. it just grabs like crazy!!!!

Your car is a rocket, Jeremy!

I would think it would be hard to go back and run NA again after setting those fast times with the juice. Probably better for the motor though...

thanks everyone, yeah nitrous is very inconsistent and has its ups and down, i would not want to use it bracket racing as we were yest.

I'm not sure if even my friend's carbon clutch on his Evo can handle that...

Can I get an answer to my question?
