Thanks for the kind words, everyone.

FYI- In December we installed a new Digital/Laser alignment system to the tune of just over $30,000. This new equipment is a precise as you can get for aligning these vehicles, and some Club Members have already seen this machine in action.

Thanks again for thinking of us, and feel free to call the dealership for any of your service needs. Steve, we'll see you on Saturday to handle your SPC bolts and alignment.

Take care,

I have taken it there once for the 30k service and didn't think it was bad. Just want to get a feel for it. I have also seen lokey post replies and threads. Thanks for the help.
I have had some of the worst experiences over at IOT...I would never take my car there again. Not just them but their official body shop, Courtesy Collision, damaged my car more than what was caused by my accident. Damages from the accident were around 15k...damages from IOT/Courtesy were around 7k+ for a total of 22k+...I'm in the process of filing a serious complaint against them and might even take legal action.

Sorry, but I just had to vent. It took me close to 9 months to finally get my car fixed right. For example to show you how poor their work was, my passenger side door **** fell off in my hand because the glue they used to put it back wasn't strong enough...its not even supposed to be glued on, and it wasn't even damaged in the accident...it was one of their techs that screwed up and broke it. Thats just one out of over 50 things they did wrong.

Lokey is by far the place to go...even if you live out of the state you should make the effort to go there!!! Excellent work, and their body shop, CarStar, is also excellent. They fixed my car almost as good as new (nobody else would have done a better job).

I had several other issues with IOT besides what they did to my car (from a customer service standpoint) so definitely stay away and go to lokey!!!

I just installed 350Z springs/struts and need to have my alignment checked. Is it pretty much a given fact that I will need a camber kit for the rear to get the alignment back to factory settings? What about the front? Is the camber adjustable enough to put everything back into whack?

The way I understand it is that you have a better chance of not needing the additional hardware if you go with the z OEM hardware. I just had my zSpringz installed yesterday and am trying to get to the bottom of what specs to use for the alignment.

I plan on starting a post on the sedan boards later so maybe you can pop in there as well. Hopefully we will get a clear answer.

I live in Brandon as well so if you feel like catching up for lunch one day drop me a PM.

Shouldn't need a camber kit. You only lowered an inch so no worries. I'll be getting mine aligned in a week and before I go, I will get to the bottom of what specs my Sedan shouold be aligned to.

I guess they realized all the market out there for our vehicles and lokey grabbing all that share. I would go there just to try it out but the location is killing me right now, maybe one day.

I wouldnt trust IoT to change my tires. Really, I took my car in for the 12.5K mile service and the techs totally gundecked the paid maintenance and could not confirm not one of my rattle concerns.

Went back the next day and gave the SA a thoroguh run down on what happend. He drove the car and was able to confirm a few and had my work done that I paid for but didnt get.

They are totally untrustworthy. I bought my car from the brand spanking new too! I still need ot go up and get a refund for my title and stuff. I just gota nasty gram from the bank stating they were jacking my interst rate from 4.9 to 11.75 becasue they did not recv the title from IoT.
