I installed the harnesses in it and they are great. The 8 will be coming without harnesses, I'm not going to mess with it.

Car's almost packed and ready. Tomorrow the brakes are going to get changed and she's going to have a good washing. I'm getting really excited now, this is going to rock!

 

its funny when people laugh about weight... a hundred and fifty pounds will pounds will pull a car with the same hp over a car length every gear.

You just beat me to the seats, I plan on doing the 5 point harness, seats and roll bar next year. I just couldn't stop laughing when I thought about the milk crates.

I am also impressed with a lightweight car. My goal is to get her down to less than 3000# in about 2 years. Mine is a little more difficult task as I have added a sh*t load of weight with the APS TT, I had to do a lot of work just to get her back to the original weight.

 

Hey you guys, will there be a specific time that everyone will be together other than while at the track?

If everyone is going to be together at the hotel or a restaurant, I could tell the local VQ'ers to join in! Minimeet?!

Are you all staying in G-Ville saturday night as well? or just Friday?

I wont make track day, but I plan on coming down and hangin with everyone friday night.. ill be bringing a SFI approved helmet and jacket and will leave them with Jermey if anyone needs to use them.
