Just giving this a shot before I start calling up random firms off the yellow pages. Raul, Jason, or anyone else that might have dealt with this before care to chime in?

The guys with the biggest ads arent the best attorneys' They are settle magnets. They take as many cases as possible with the hopes of settleing. Very few of those guys are actualy good attorneys. With that said....if all you want to do is settle....then they are fine as long as you understand that they dont really have a big interest to drag a case out (and get more money in the end whether its from a settlement or verdict).

Being an insurance company litigation @$$ myself, I probably shouldn't talk about this, but I will help you out...

What kind of PI case are we talking about? What county? How hurt are you? How soon do you want money?

I can give you a response based on that...

FWIW, Searcy, Denny, Scarola et al is the best PI firm in South Florida and one of the best 5 in the state...However, if you have a pissant case, they might not take it...Oh, and the red-headed attorney Karen Terry at their firm is FINE as HELL!!!

I don't think Teddie is going to care if the attorney is an attractive lady.

Hey r10, thanks a lot for your response. Just sent you a PM about it.

Hey I won't complain if the attorney is cute if that helps her win her cases

I overpaid her once or twice in my time... PM sent back...Oh yeah, g8tor is right: those who advertise are mills, churning and burning. I'd stay away from them...

Can you please resend it? I haven't gotten it yet. Wow, that's scaring me about those who advertise. Guess I don't have much choice then.
