Need some advice and opinions about a problem with my 1 month old 2005 G (sorry long)

I am still awaiting the response from Orlando Infiniti but the worst case, I put my OEM wheels and tire back on and have them try and fix the problem. If fixing the problem includes replacing my OEM wheels and tires then so be it but why has it taken them 4 times already to offer or try this fix?? Please remember that this car has had this problem since day 1 and I noticed it on day 2 (new car purchase honeymoon). I purchased a brand new vehicle that was suppose to have zero problems!! Thats why I laid my hard earned money down on this car but so far it hasn't been perfect nor has Orlando Infiniti's service. Each service visit, I have supplied a detailed printed list stating the problem and how to duplicate it to the "T". How can I be responsible that the service team could not duplicate it the first 2 times??
After re-reading your initial post, I did initially misread it and thought Discount tire had aligned as well as balanced; but they only balanced. This is good because it means only OI has touched the alignment adjusters.
If it were me in your situation, I would remount my original OEM tires/rims, take it to OI one more time and ask them to get it straight under warranty no matter what, and provide hard copy alignment numbers. If they cannot make the adjustments or replace the rims and/or tires, then you have two options: a) pursue the Lemon Law; or b) take it to another dealer for another opinion.

No problem!!! I do not expect you to say anything about my on going issue but feel free if you would like to. Peter just left a message on my voice mail and he isn't the happiest camper after reading my e-mail. He said that he will be handling this personally and I will only need to contact him directly. I am also going to call Lokey later today. Thanks again.

I'd take the trip to Lokey (calling first) with the OEM wheels/tires and the aftermarket. Let John's crew see what they think. You have already wasted more than 8 hours of time dealing with OI, which is the time it would have taken you to drive to Lokey and back twice, assuming they would need to keep you car overnight. Lokey can pull up the service records from OI.

Well, Spoke to Peter Wilson on the phone today and he seems that he wants to make this right. The stock wheels and tires go back on tomorrow and I will visit Orlando Infiniti for the forth time for the same existing problem. All of my tires were re-balanced and directionally rotated by discount tire yesterday. This provided no change and my car is still pulling to the right. This is growing tiresome and I will keep this updated on the progress. Thanks,

***Update***
OEM tires are on and I went up to Orlando Infiniti to meet up with Peter. I-4 was backed-up (as it normally is) on my way there so could not tell if car drove normal. It seemed to be pulling. Arrived at OI and Peter took the drivers seat in my car. We took it on I-4 East (which was still backed-up) and drove up to 434 and turned around because west traffic was moving. Peter was able to get up to highway speeds and car did not duplicate the pull that I experience all three times in the past. He showed me that the car did not pull but drifted in the direction the steering wheel was left. The steering was tight and it drifted to the left also. The car definetly drives straighter compared to the last time I had the OEM wheels and tires on it. Maybe the replacemnet of the compression bar (on my third alignment) fixed the problem but now it is time to change aftermarket tires.
I just want to say thank you to Peter because his main focus was to see that I was satisfied and understood what was actually happening with the steering Geometry. He took time out of his day to ride with me around Orlando hitting every stop light in the area
. He even took out the demo g35 so that I could see that there was no difference in my G and another. Although I noticed while my G was in for alignments #1 and #3 both of my loaner G35's drove straight and never noticed a pull or drift (like mine did). If anyone has a problem with thier service, feel free to take it up with Peter because he wants to help and make sure you leave satisfied

It's good to hear that Peter took the time to drive around with you.
Are you satisfied now with the way the car drives on the OEM wheels and tires?
Let us know if it changes after you put the new wheels/tires on.

At this point, I'd say OI has done its due diligence. Granted, it should not have taken the consumer this many trips to the dealership, but hopefully Mr. Wilson will address this larger issue.

I am sitting here at OI right now getting my stereo replaced. I was impressed that Peter introduced himself to me when I arrived and made mention of knowing who I was and of reading my past posts. So far I am happy today with the service staff as a whole. I don't feel the nervousness I have felt in past visits.
