It's on a cable channel named SpeedVision. It's channel 112 on BrightHouse here in Pinellas County.

It's one of the recent flood of "Real Life" television shows that have become popular lately. SpeedVision advertises Pinks about every ten minutes... It's on a couple of times each Wednesday and I usually watch one of them.

 

Last night's episode was at Orlando Speedworld. Maybe that's the one you're thinking of...

Yeah I'm sure it was. I should record it so I can see if it's as good as they built it up to be.

 

That show is so gay, I hate the host... but the people putting their cars up like that are even more gay. Not for the fact that they put it on the line like that, but for the way one of the guys acted. I felt like I wanted to kick that guy's *** myself. I saw the episode where the camero went up against the firebird/trans-am... I think if that was a real pink's race the guy in the firebird would have had his face beat in for how whiny he was being...

I think its just a sorry attempt at another "reality" street racing type of show....

 

I watched it last night for the first time. It is a horrible show. Speedvision's editing department sucks! I also caught the "nitris" misspelling. I knew I wasn't seeing things! I read on another forum that a guy was watching the tapings at OSW and after the guy lost his car, he was laughing and the car was never trailored away. Fake or not, it is a dumb show.

 

Yea, it sucks... but it's so bad that it's kinda fun to watch... at least that's my story and I'm sticking to it...

The thing that makes the show unbelievable is that the show can take both cars if the negotiations fail. That's garbage. In real life the negotiations are a bit more heated... and NO ONE can touch the other guys car... ever... you can look anywhere, but don't touch...

At least it's not another "Orange County Choppers" clone... There are enough of them already!

And everytime the guy drops his hands to start the race, they instantly break for a commercial... they know you're going to surf ten other channels between each race...

 

Actually, that's not how it works...from the way I understand it, you only get credit for a single post made in a thread...all other will say the same number...see my next post to see what I mean....
