Hey guys whats up, I'm considering relocating my tint and electronics business to the Tampa-St. Petersburg area. One of the reasons being that I want to be closer to the family. I want to start looking for an ideal location commercial location for rent but I need some help. I need a install bay for at least 2 cars and a showroom. Have you thought of soliciting your business to the area car dealers? Just a thought...

 

I actually tried whoring myself in the area last year when I moved to Tampa but the dealers werent looking for any more hoes .

One thing I can tell you from some of the guys up here is that the space in Tampa is going for quite a premium right now, so Clearwater might be better for you (or close to that area) as far as lease per sq ft goes.

 

Anywhere in the surrounding area is good.

 

yeah I spoke to my friend and she said the same thing, look outside of Tampa right now its just too hot. She is gonna keep an eye out for you
