I don't work well under this type of pressure and stress

My work efficiency is down to about 0% this week b/c I have done nothing but read FI threads.....
i bet we have all been looking at the exact same threads over and over. did anyone see that page with the installation photo gallery by a shop? i lost the link.. it had thumbnails on the left and just a big image on the right, thats about it. pretty decent.

I ordered mine yesterday along with gauges, gauge pod, spark plugs and the GATES belt. Still need the BOV filter but that's it!

Is your gauge pod the kind that attaches down the drivers side "A" pillar?

Yes. It's the same one Chris K had on FA.

How high does the supercharger sit on your engine?

Will you have to put a special hood with a bump in it or will the stock G35 hood still work?

The Stillen SC is the ONLY SC that requires a modified hood...all others don't

Okay let's talk gauges again. Are they absolutely necessary being that we live in FL and what are the chances of something going wrong and you not knowing about soon enough before your engine goes kaboom or something? IIRC Randy doesn't have the gauges. If I were to go FI, I would't want them either. Even if I were to get them, it would be like trying to decypher chinese to me so what's the point.

if you get a good tune up front, you don't need them FIN.

Good to know. If the person I have in mind agrees to do the install and if I can find a good tuner in SFL, I *might* jump on the bandwagon next year. Now Randy if you could only tell me what's a safe mileage to go FI ? Since people like me and Turbomaxima are too lazy to drive, I'll probably have 4-5K in another 6 months, I figured that's more than enough.

I'd rec around 10k (7k if you drive aggressively)...when you upgrade to Syn Oils. By next year you should be there.
