Hyundai envy....

So my friend buys a 17K Hyundai Sonata and his mirror brackets are body colored. I buy a 30K+ Infiniti and mine are black???? A quick trip to the shop and.........no more Hyundai envy.

Ian did the same thing and I'm trying to convince dabomb to drop the dough too! I think he's hesitant to dip into his poker winnings / maya fund.

The mirror brackets never bothered me one bit, but on the sedan which has chrome door handles/ window trim, they're a whole different story. Darn Koreans

looks good louisdarke. When I first saw the painted mirrors on neff's car, I knew I just had to have it. It was something about the black plastic that really irked me. I felt it just didn't belong with the rest of my painted diamond graphite car. Now I don't have to worry about accidentally applying wax on the plastic because it's all diamond graphite now...

I tried showing what I did to my local Infiniti service advisor and he just didn't get it...

i dunno, with tinted windows, black actually looks better - but that's my personal opinion. but - MOD is much better than NO MOD.

thanks for the feedback. i am thinking of blacking out the grille next. anyone got an '05 sedan grille collecting dust? i figure if i pick one up cheap, i can experiment on it before making the final decision.
