Another photoshoot by me

I know...I know... You are probably getting tired of me posting pictures of my car. But I do recall Teddy asking to see some new pcitures. Anyways, Monday night I took my car out to take some photos with the new wheels. I still need to take some good daytime pictures so I can send them to DPE. My car will be featured in their gallery on their website since I believe am the first G with the R05 Variant S wheels. Anyways, I''ll only post a few pictures and the rest can be seen by clicking this link.

Ryan, you sooooooo have to have a photo shoot where I can get some pics of my G. I'd almost be willing to pay you to hook me up w/ some good shots, but I know you'd do it for free...

Maybe this Friday if it's not raining and I can get her washed up in time???

I will be buying wheel locks as soon as my springs are here so I can put them on at the same time. Right now, I don't have a lug nut wrench that will fit to reach the lug nuts (wheels accessory kit will be arriving with springs). So as of now, I am currently taking a huge risk until the end of next week.

Buy the wheel locks TODAY and I will install them FOR FREE tonight at 5pm. I have a torque wrench and a breaker bar in my trunk with both a 3/8 and a 1/2 inch fitting.

BTW, if you think this isn't imperative, you should talk to Ian ASAP.

Someone PLEASE educate me on the wheel locks issue. If I buy aftermarket wheel locks, can I use them together with my stock ones (2 locks per wheel), and can I use them on another set of wheels if I end up upgrading? Any particular brand that's reccommended? I've meant to do some research for a while.

I don't think I'll ever get tired of them. They look sweet. Can you send me a 1280x780 size of that yellow one? I think I need a new wallpaper. =)

The answer is... It depends on the wheels. Daniel's Volks have a allen key used to remove the lug nuts. Most people don't carry around the correct size allen key (it's a large size) so they kind of have a theft proof feature built into them. On the other hand, my PIAA's have a standard socket attachment. Each type of wheel (for the G) has a 5 thru holes for the studs to go through. It depends on the size (diameter) of these holes as to whether or not you can use wheel locks. Daniel can't because his thru holes are too small, but I can because these holes are larger. Make sense?
