Anyone going tomorrow to watch the taping of that new reality TV show called Pinks. Its where you race for pink slips. I bet it will be interesting to see.

the idea of the show sounds cool, but whats up wit the name "pinks", why dont call it "slips" or something like that.

 

They should just call the series "We miss The Fast and The Furious". I mean, come on...who in their right mind would really race for the title to their car? I can't even imagine how many dumb ricer kids will be their looking for Paul Walker and Vin Diesel. NNOOSSSSS!!!!

 

actually according to the article in the sentinel yesterday they have peeps coming in from all over including local. Two brothers from Daytona racing against each other (could you imagine holiday dinners at thier house !!!) and many more. They filmed yesterday all day and tomorrow. Obviously not for the faint at heart and for those who are very cocky or absolutely sure they are gonna win

 

I bet 1/2 of the people drive off w/ their pink slips and don't hand them over.

 

According to the article the producers take BOTH slips before the race and sign a legal document. Good thing is there enough people bold and dumb enough to go for it. Should be interesting either way

 

Isn't this type of gambling illegal in the state of Florida?
