I'll be moving from the Jacksonville area to the Tampa area at the end of May- nice pay increase with new job and I'll be able to get mods done at Lokey Infiniti.

Really looking forward to the move- Jax is too conservative for me!

nah man come out by me in lithia/fishhawk the market is booming here make 100K in less then a year of closing trust me i have made more on my house

 

Lucky you for moving close to Lokey, my company has an office in St Pete, a nice job promotion and I'll be applying for a CFL BOD next time around.. haha

 

Congratulations on the new job. Where is your new job located exactly? If you're planning on buying a house down here, I'd suggest Pasco county. It's about 25-30 minutes from downtown tampa, but if you're looking for a good investment, Pasco property value is going up fast. My house increased 100k in a year and a half. Also, property taxes in Pasco is sooo much cheaper than Hillsborough.

 

I'm just going to find a roommate to live with for awhile before I buy a house.

 

heh be careful with the whole roomate thing!! That sometimes can be a disaster! Downtown area is nice, or new Tampa.

I'll also be hopefully moving to tampa later on this year. Not sure if I will end up there yet, i'll find out in a few more months if i'll be there, but shooting for that area. Like Gspotter, i'll be looking to buy a house but i'm moving into an apartment first and look for a house. Also been reading about how mod-friendly lokey is so i'm looking forward to that. The infiniti dealers here in san diego are not as mod friendly as lokey seems to be. Either way, hope to meet all of you. Take care.
