Positive Exp. w/Atlantic Infiniti - Jacksonville FL
I don't post here often but I thought I'd share my most recent experience with them. Recently, the left channel of my radio became quiet and distorted. I called Atlantic Infiniti to set up an appointment for them to look at it. The service manager answered the phone, and instead of making me schedule an appointment told me they would order me a new head unit and call me when it came in. I really appreciated this act because I live over an hour away from the dealership.
I'll post again if I run into any problems!

Yeah, post and let us know when they call you. They've had to order four (YES 4) separate parts, on 4 separate occasions, and were supposed to call me when each got in. I never received a call from them, on any!!! I had to call them to get the status. 1/2 the time they never ordered it, and when I called (sometimes up to a couple months later), they had to re-order (though I would bet they were actually ordering the part for the first time). Of the 4 parts, there were 2 windows motors, and the 3rd part was part of the door handle that they broke off while replacing the motors.
Oh, and not to mention they smashed my front fender and bumper up. Yeah, I'm still driving their loaner waiting for that to get fixed!!
While the Service Manager is cool and easy to work with, I have my doubts about the rest of the folks over there.
Keep us posted!!!

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to this post. They sent me a letter on 25 Mar,notifying me that the part arrived. The letter said they would hold the part for 14 days and then return it to the factory if I didn't pick it up. I called, made my appointment (for yesterday). Dropped the car off yesterday morning, got my loaner (nicely equipped G35 sedan) and went to work. They called around 2 p.m. saying my car was done. No hassles, no worries. All in all I'm pretty pleased.
Now, does anyone know a GOOD detailer in Jax. I took my to Baxter Brothers to have a inadvertant swirl mark mod done to my car. I decided I don't like the look so I'm ready to go back to stock!
