Tampa/St.Pete/Clrwtr QS&L Aug12 Meet - Pictures
We had a nice turnout for the Tampa/St.Petersburg/Clearwater Mini Meet today. There was a 50% chance of rain, and it threatened for a while. All in all, it turned out to be a beautiful day with not a drop of rain.
It was nice to finally get to meet Matt (2k3GCoupe) and see his hot G35 Coupe. Matt got there right as we were walking inside for dinner. Perfect timing, Matt!
The food at Quaker Steak & Lube is always good, and tonight was no exception. Gathered around the table in clockwise motion are Ryan, Bill, Chad, Matt, Eric, Me, and Lenny.

It was another gorgeous day in sunny Florida... Made even better by all the spotless G35's parked in a row.

But, where was Lenny's Lakeshore Slate Coupe... Unfortunately (see his post) he was rear-ended by an idiot driver and his car is in the shop. Lenny has some plans to return better than before for the Lokey Meet, but for today... he was in the Cobalt...

Ryan had his sharp G35 Sedan looking good...

Eric also had his G35 Coupe all spiffed up...

Bill and Chad's black G35 Coupes were looking very hot today, as always...
If you look between the G's you can see some of the Tampa FGC members doing what they do best... Bench Racing...

I thought it was interesting to look at the difference between Bill and Chad's headlights. Very subtle differences in two very well-thought-out designs.
Chad has the black eyelids. Such a small piece, but it changes the whole look of the front of his G. Very neat!

Bill has Bat's overlays. His overlays give his Coupe a completely different look and change the style completely.

Two unique G35 Coupe's that look "somewhat similar" from a distance. BTW, check out the reflections in Chad and Bill's black Coupe... Nice shine, guys!
I hope everyone had fun at today's Meet. It's always nice to get together and shoot the breeze about the cars we love.
Next up is the FGC All-Florida Meet at Lokey on September 6th. Time to break out the Zaino or whatever kind of polish/wax you use... That's going to be a big one!

Saturday is probably a better day for Meets. Quaker Steak had a big bike meet this Saturday, so I thought it would be better to have the meet on Sunday...
