We are open to suggestions for activities for the Meet, but I think we should probably have another thread started for that discussion. That way this thread can continue to be used to gauge attendance for the meet.

On that note, please make sure that you reply to this thread as Ian requested. We need an accurate attendance count in order to properly plan the various aspects of the meet, most specifically the food. Providing an accurate response will help your Club control expenses by only purchasing as much food as needed. Thank you.

Not sure exactly what time it's going to start, but we'll post it in this thread when it's finalized. Like John said, we're mainly looking for a head count and also wanted to let everyone know the date so they could make plans. Here's Lokey's address.
