The quote from Samuels seems high to me. I would think all that work would go for around $800 to $900.
The biggest problem Josh had was getting the color to match. I don't care who you are IP is nearly impossible to match.
Good luck Jose.

and don't include Josh because he continued to use Richard because he stood by his work.
I just talked to Josh about his dealings with Richard and he said that he would recomend anyone to Richard. He said that richard does good work and that his problems with Richard had to do with the color of the car and Richards wife.
From the prices he told me he paid it was def. better than i expected. From my personal exp. when i talked to richard about painting my first bumper that i had he seemed to be very laid back about his product meaning that it seemed he wasnt going to stand by his work. Richard told me that as soon as he painted my bumper he wouldnt gaurantee the paint would stick or that it would even match. Just doesnt seem right that a persone wouldnt back their own product.
I might try to goto him one more timefor my Greddy lip to give him another chance but i think i would have to go with someone else to see how other people deal with him.

yeah maybe....it just ticked me off how unorganzed they were with me and how they dealt with the situation.
I wouldnt have minded if they would have actually said "we're sorry but we didnt realize how much work we had this week so, how about you come get your car so that you can have it until we can get to it, then we'll call u and let you know when to bring it in"
but instead they called me on thursday and said, hey we got a bunch of rentals in this tuesday and arent gonna be able to get to your car, and I really dont want it here over the weekend, will u come get it and bring it back later. So I ask when is "later" and he says..."call us every Monday and I'll let u know if we can get to it that week." To me, thats not customer service, and thats not how u get and keep customers!!

well to be honest i never had a problem with Richards wife i talked to her a little bit and she really didnt seem that bad to me but I just heard that richard couldnt match paint thats why i didnt go to them and that Samuels auto does an amazing job. To me it was like buying insurance paying more to know that your car is going to turn out right the first time around.
The only thing i didnt like abot calling up richards shop is that you cant ever talk to richard you have to go through his wife to get any answers. Im sorry Richards wife isnt a painter richard is. Other than that Richards wife was willing to help me with my first bumper problems and vouch for me that the first bumper I got was a piece of ****.

I had a good experience with Richard, and you can't beat the price for the potential issues you might have to deal with.... if the paints off, he offers to repaint it for free too.... If he was in it just for painting personal cars like ours, then I'm sure they'd treat us differently. Seems to me its more like he is trying to help us out by taking our cars and jade motor's cars and making some extra change on the side of his main money maker...
