Sawgrass Infiniti or Coconut Creek for Service?

Anyone have experience with either of these places for a big service. Coming up on the 30k service on my G and i'm close to both, any opinions, stories (good or bad) about either?

Is it rocky?? or Rocko the service advisor for CC Infiniti.

- Anyways i can't speak for sawgrass Infiniti however if you're @ IOCC then i suggest talk to Rocko if not Jose there both very helpfull & easy to deal with.

i dont like iocc, first they dont give loaners on certain services and Rocko isnt the smartest guy in the world, but he's def cool.

i goto sawgrass and they have the best service, talk to John Marshall. he's awsome!

Sawgrass was previously Lighthouse Point Inifiniti and their service is outstanding! One of the best service departments I've ever dealt with.

Thumbs up

jus dropped my car of at sawgrass and picked up a loaner (a tan one ). i spoke with john marshall who was helpful and had no problem takin the time to type in my grocery list of issues i took it in for:

- clutch pedal getting stuck and clicking on occasion (again)
- suspension sqeak when going over hard bumps and when getting in/out car
- the thread in my shifter boot is coming apart/shifter making noise
- brakes sqeak after cars sits for a while only on frist brake
- driver side window jerks when rolling up
- rattles coming from everywhere (again)
- steering wheel was off from dealer alignment
- clear door strip protectant comign off
- e brake not working as well

i forgot something cant remember. ill let everyone know how it goes

Iocc

Ive bought both my Gs and had all my service done at IOCC and have had nothing but great experiences. Ive always gotten a loaner, even just taking the car in for an oil change. Right in and out, always ready when promised, great work quality and they even hooked me up with a great deal installing my headers.
