I've used them on cast iron turbo manifolds and turbine housings to make sure we could get every ounce of power out of something. It's cool because it smooths out the material but sometimes it is good to leave rough surfaces as it increases surface area.

I'm not sure that the natural flow of those particles would clean out the manifold/head/whatever in the correct places.

Interesting, though.

If I was going to go through all the trouble to do this, I'd probably opt for having someone that knew what they were doing just port the heads... and there would be a lot of things that I would do before I ported the heads on a G35...
