velocity factor seemed like a great shop to me. i've been through a few shops especially with my old GTP and the people at velocity factor gave me no problems. they let my car sit over night in their garage and charged me $300 to install springs, MD spacer/iso-thermal no complaints from me....i will def check out billetdesigns though.....
