I just ordered some new goodyear eagle F1 tires through tirerack. Now my next question where should I get them installed in the Orlando area that won't destroy my rims when I go there? I have the stock 17 inch rims so I figure most places should be equipped to handle that, but any places you guys could recommend would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad to see someone getting the Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. I've always liked them, but not many people seem to get them. Post some pictures after you get them mounted.

Tell him that you are Tom Porters friedn and a member on this foroum and he will take good care of your car. I just got my car worked on yesterday so you can remind him about the red Z and he will know. He personally worked on my volks....

 

Sounds good, do you happen to have the phone number? Also, what did they charge per tire to mount and balance them? I assume mine may be cheaper since I have stock 17's vs. your Volks.

Here's a warning on what shop not to go to. Don't have your tires mounted at Irish Mike's on forsyth rd. I had my pilot sports mounted on to my wheels there and they really scratched up my wheels and tried to cover it up with touch up paint

You can have your tires shipped from Tirerack to 3D, but it's probably too late to do that now. That's how I got aquainted with 3D. There were many recommendations from others on Tirerack that had their tires installed at 3D.
