I thought some of you might wonder what happened to the Door Lock thread? It kind of disappeared all of a sudden.

It didn't really disappear.

So many people were interested in purchasing the driver's side door locks that we turned that thread into a Group Buy on the spot. G35driver only allows Group Buys in the Florida G35 Club Members Only Forum, the Door Lock thread was moved there. I can't imagine living in Florida, driving a G35, and not joining the Florida G35 Club!

 

No doubt some folks will even drive their super crew ford pckups, huh hmmm vrsc, to make a mini meet.

I wasn't trying to single anyone out...

It seems like only a small number of FGC members access the Members Only area of the web site. I thought I'd put up a link prompting them to get access to the MO area and join the rest of us.

Then I thought I'd put in a plug for the Florida G35 Club. You can take advantage of most Florida G35 Club activities without becomming a member... but if everyone did that, the FGC would fade away after a while. Chucky couldn't get magazines to put his G35 on their cover because he would be a lone guy in Orlando... Or maybe OZOC would take over and force us to sell our G35's and buy 350Z's...

We need to find a way to get the good word out on the membership. I see a lot of G'z on the road and I am 99% sure that everyone of them want to be members but they just don't know about us

 

I stand corrected. I am just to sick with truck envy to recognize state the full title.

 

People wanting access to the FGC Members Only forum need to put a 'join request' in by going into their user CP. After submitting this request Demonteverde or Chucky can grant or deny the request for access.

That's what I was trying to do here.

I usually give one of our FGC cards to people I meet in a parking lot. It's surprising how many nice G35's there are that have never heard of our club.

 

I need to grab some cards to keep in my car to hand out. I have a few G owners in parking lots but didnt have anything to give em. I hope it didn't give the impression that you were calling anyone out. I was merely trying to titillate those that are considering membership to go ahead and pull the trigger.
