A few of us Z32s meet up at Flips every Tuesday night. They have a great outdoor patio with $2 drafts and are cigar friendly. We usually start to arrive around 8pm and stay well past midnight. Flips has great food if your hungry and they seem to like our business.

It would be nice to see a few Gs show up this week.

Wednesday Nissan Meet

Meet starts at approx. 9:00pm EVERY Wednesday Night

I went up there but didnt stay for more than an hour. While I was there I didn't see many nissans, but there seem to be people meeting at couple of the corners at park/coit. Maybe I was in the wrong area. I was parked with a bunch of miatas. I did see one chick with a black 350z.

I might try it again next Wednesday and stay longer. I will be going to Flips on Tuesday for sure.

No you were at the right place. That was her .... see has a black 350z ..... her forum name is ZXaholic or something like that. I also heard that a lot of miatas showed up and one was really bad ***.

I have to work Tuesday but will be off Wednesday and will be out there.

Not to hate, but I see about as many non Nissans as there are Nissans... is this remnants of the DI meets...?

 

no hate taken ......... this was an all nissan meet that us Z32 people moved in on. It is posted on DI. It is open to all imports since most of the nissans are down for repair from time to time. In the pic are only three Z32s, one Z33, two motorcycles (owned by nissan folks). I have a busa myself and take it to some of the meets. It was still early when we took the pics and not everyone had arrived yet.

The point of the meet is good times and cars, we welcome everyone. However we would like to see a larger Z/G presense so we post in your forum. My first nissan was a G35 coupe, then a 350Z and now four different 300ZXs.

I hope that helps explain this meet. My intentions is have a weekly meet for us Z/Gs to go to that is centrally located. Someplace that serves food, drinks, and allows smoking. A place that doesn't mind cars and noise, where we can still keep an eye on our vehicles. Flips seems to be that place.

 

Sounds like a great plan... i used to travel to the lewisville meets, and every now and then to the arlington meets, the addison meets, the frisco meets, and for those that can remember, the Circuit City meets in plano (many years ago)

I should make it one night... I'm all about the more the merrier
