Please point me to where I would find my post on AWD fitment.
The AWD exhaust system are different from axle back. Some modification is needed to fit. This means added costs, so best bet is to get already existing ARK Exhaust for G37X Sedan.

On Page #6, I PM'd a customer. That you did need to make modifications to fit G37 AWD. Luckily he was local and I did it for him for $30 extra a cost of tube that needed to be bent and welded. It is not big deal. A well qualified muffler shop around your area should be able to do for between $50-$100.
