Last night I installed K&N high flo filters on my G37S with stock intakes. I was not expecting too much but there is quite a noticiable change on my engine.
1. I like to feather on first gear when I start. To save some gas now a days almost $4 a gallon. To a point sometimes the engine goes off.
Result: now I am able to feather more. I guess will save some gas.
2. Engine sounds different. I can definitely feel more power on lower Revs which I think will be good for my daily drives.
3. Replacing the filters was super easy.
a. pop open remove filters
b. replace old card boards OEM filters with High performance K&N's
c. slide back, fasten two clams on each side.
AS easy as ABC.
