yes, that is correct. that is what Betty was having an issue with but that is part of IB being the owner/host. once you give up the status of being of a vendor or stop paying that name gets banned. For example, IvoryGT. nor, am i taking sides but i believe the more the merrier for more vendors. Not to mention that you have to pay every month to be a vendor here to provide services. it goes both ways. just my .02.
Here's my 2cents on this whole deal:
Solis_Good find on your part and questioning past events. However, the simple fact that you are asking questions means you don't necessarily know the whole story so your comeback after Ken's explanation seems out of place. But that is your prerogative so it's all gd since you're only stating your position.
Moderators_ A simple follow up or clarification to the best of your ability is all that's needed so it doesn't appear like you are looking the other way and possibly contributing to an issue. Saying there's "nothing to look into" (even if it is the case) when members are raising valid question simply makes you look fishy.
Seems to me Ken fell on hard times and was able to bounce back. He's bringing to the G community parts many of us have been wanting to get a hold off for a while. An valid explanation was provided and until proven otherwise, he seems able to deliver on his promise so why not give him a try if you want the product he has
I'm not looking to offend anyone or saying anyone (vendor/moderator/member) is hiding stuff or taking bribes. To me the more vendors and options we have the better it is.

Wrong, I know the story, wanted to see the excuse. Ill edit all my post and let the mods figure it out themselves.
Had a feeling you d say that since you've made up your mind bout SwatPerformance/Ken "Nismo". Nuttin wrong with that. Either way you brought up you concerns in a civil manner and everyone can decide for themselves. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

Ugh, the drama on this forum is a little much at times. Anyways, this thread has been undeleted as I think a few things really need clarified.
I understand member's concerns regarding a Vendor that previously was shown as banned now able to become a Vendor under a different name. To clarify, in the past when a Vendor didn't renew their Sponsorship on the forum, they were shown as banned. A Vendor now that chooses not to renew their Sponsorship is simply labeled as "Former Vendor". So there is no shady things happening with Ken becoming a Vendor under a different name here on MyG37.
So I can totally appreciate members looking out for each (as they should) here, however before a Vendor's thread is crapped on, please PM myself or one of the other Admins if you have any concerns about a Vendor.

In all honesty guys, we do appreciate your input and want to hear your feedback, inspite of what you might be thinking. But if that will involve bashing or hurting a paying vendor's reputation, then it would be best to PM Mods/Admins first and trust me, we will take action. You have my word on that
