Help G35 exhaust on G37

G35 exhaust on G37
I had just ran across a amazing deal on a g35 motor dyne shockwave but i have a g37 , I've heard you can switch the rear end sway bar to the oem g35 and it would fit , anyone know if this is possible lmk thank you
