I reached out to Invidia last week. They confirmed that the following Invidia CBE products will fit the G37X Sedan:

HS07IG4G3D
HS07IG4G3T
HS07IG4G3S

However, they did not answer the question on when the revision was released to fit the AWD Sedan as the original ones did not. Invidia should really update their website too as it looks like it is from the 90's. It also seems there are variances with their CBE where some slight modification may be needed to fully fit. Stillen CBE has drone issues for the 7AT. Luckily, a kind person from this forum shipped me a like-new OEM Y-Pipe but in future when rest of exhaust rusts out will be back to debating between Invidia and Stillen.
