I have a 2012 G37S convertible with around 125,000 miles. Every 2,000 miles or so, I have to add coolant to the reservoir to prevent it from going below min. As I was driving home last night, I noticed a sweet, burnt coolant smelI. As soon as I reached my house, smoke started coming from the windshield on the driver side which seemed strange because the temperature gauge was stable. Popped the hood and noticed the smoke coming from near the black hose (see attached) along with the burnt coolant smell within that same area. Checked underneath the car and saw a puddle of coolant. Despite all this, the coolant level in the reservoir looked normal and the dipstick and oil cap looked fine. Checked the radiator cap this morning and it was empty. I will also mention that I noticed white smoke coming from the exhaust mainly during stop lights last night. I don't automatically want to assume it's a blown head gasket. What do you guys think is the issue? Thanks.
