So basically I did my gallery gasket but before removing the timing chain I carefully aligned the dot at each camshaft and the wood key at the bottom but I forgot to align the 2 yellow chain and red at the crank if it okay if I re install it with the color where the dot is ??

The best course of action at this point is to time from zero.
follow the procedure in the manual, number one cylinder at TDC and go from there
