P0102 and p010c won't go away after starting with them disconnected

Ok looking for suggestions.. p010c and p0102 codes. History. No codes prior to work done. Garbage exhaust and test pipes from previous owner. I replaced the exhaust (hks) still no codes. Replaced the cats and removed the intakes in process. Did not disconnect the battery. Started the car with intakes off. (Doh!) Obviously car started and immediately died. Now those 2 codes showed up. Put the intakes back on.. maf plugged in. Codes are still there. Unplugged neg battery, codes deleted but came back after driving a bit. Replaced maf's and plug wiring. (New plug and wires) still coded. Made sure the exhaust wasn't leaking (jic) it isn't. Intakes are cheap ebay ones (previous owner) stillen arrives Monday. Really hoping it's the cheap intakes, but it makes no sense that they suddenly won't work on both sides. Is this an ecm issue? I do have slightly high idle and the idle won't settle till I come to a complete stop. My g35 had a similar high idle issue from a missing gasket on 1 fuel injector. But that idle would drop below and come back to idle. The 37 just slowly drops to about 900rpm Any suggestions?? I'm at infiniti but doubt they'll have anything useful without 2k in diagnostics.
