Help New Trans No Start

New Trans No Start

TQ Converter and Transmission went out.
Bought a used trans with 60K, LOJ Flexplate and a Torque Convertor from Florida TQ Converters.
Swapped my original TCM onto the "newer" Valve Body and put everything back together.
Car wont even try turning over.
