i want to disable disable both, i don’t like not being in full control. for example, i pull out i to traffics with my foot to the e floor and the system goes into torque limit and is low down. not safe.

Weird, a simple toggle of the VDC should take care of this issue.
In a 7AT disabling full traction will have you one wheel peeling since the ABS system helps control the faster spinning wheel.
A tune will essentially give you better/faster throttle opening rates however unless your vehicle has a proper LSD it will just smoke one tire with trac off.
My vehicle is flashed, 7AT with intakes. I've installed a traction control delete button that I've made and with the switch on the car is trash off the line vs just VDC off, trac on.
You will never be able to outperform the OEM systems traction control, the only reasons these should be deleted are for high torque, mechanical LSD, sticky tire cars that need a bit of slip out the line.
