Clunk noise

Hi guys. I have an 08 g37 5at. I have this clunking noise coming from under the mid/front area of the car. The noise is most noticeable when i accelerate hard and let go of the gas immediately. Mostly present in lower gears. Its also there when I'm accelerating hard and i shift. As soon as the car changes gears there's a clunk. It is ALSO noticeable when accelerating hard and going over bumps at the same time. Normal driving in D mode i can't hear it at all (unless i accelerate a bit harshly from a stop) I can't seem to figure out what it could be so any help would be highly appreciated ❤️

I had similar issue, was upper front passenger side control arm. I replaced both sides, cost was about 800 including parts, labor, and alignment. My .02...

The clunck i get it really feels like its coming from either the engine or transmission. I was suspecting mounts? U-joint? Driveshaft? Is there a way to check if the control arms are bad?

Honestly so many areas where it could be coming from lol. I guess its something i cant diagnose myself, might have to take it to a mechanic. Thanks though!

Found the culprit! It was passenger engine mount (driver side in america since i have a rhd skyline in australia). I might try to do it myself but im not confident haha. Thanks for the help everyone.

Thank you so much! And do you know if you have to do them both at the same time? I could only get my hand on one mount and was thinking of doing just the one for now. My tune date is coming up really soon so i needed to get this sorted before that.

Thank you so much for this. I'm guessing the install on the g37 would be pretty much the same as the 370z? Since its my passenger side (your driver side) it doesn't look that hard.
