G37s starts jumping after driving on the highway

I feel like I have attempted all of the diagnosis work I can think of before I take it into the dealer but figured I would ask here first. My 2008 g37s will start jumping and eventually go into limp mode after being on the highway or after about 30 minutes of driving. I have gotten the code p1089 if I attempt to rev through the misfires. I believe this is due to my vvel position sensor being unable to rotate enough to get into the proper voltage range (I got it to .589 V which is out of the .500v +- 48mv range.) I replaced the actuator motor with a used part and I am worried that since I replaced the motor with a used one, it was not positioned properly on installation since it has to be at a very specific angle. Any advice would be great.

P0189 is a fuel temperature sensor code.
