09 XCoupe Not Downshifting in Sport/Auto Mode

Hi All,
My 09 X Coupe used to downshift just fine going into turns when in Sport/Auto Mode as well as stepping on the brake pedal to slow suddenly. Recently took it to the dealer for my 105k maintenance and they said I needed to have my transmission flushed and refilled (7AT)as part of that maintenance, so I agreed.

Now, whenever I enter a turn in Sport/Auto, it no longer downshifts. Same behavior for sudden stops. Now, the RPM's drop to 1000 as if a clutch is being applied. I dropped it off at the dealer today (and driving a gorgeous Q70S loaner) and they said they would road test it and "reset the driver learning mode for the transmission" as well as check the fluid levels.

Regular auto trans mode and Sport/Manual mode work just fine. Smooth shifts, no hesitation or funny noises.

Any of y'all experience this before? Is it a simple issue of adding more trans fluid pr resetting the transmission?

Thanks

David

Take it back to the dealer, they messed it up. If they power-flushed the trans, bad on them. It could also be that a reflash is needed.
