Based on the information that you have provided it could be so many things, please post the code at the very least if not also providing some more information... Is the car overheating? was it an actual flush or a drain and fill? was something not reassembled correctly causing a vacuum leak? are you leaking coolant? is there sufficient coolant in the reservoir (the initial level may have gone down after if it was filled if it was not burped properly) etc...

It said air intake something. I took it off and back on again and check engine light went off.lol. Next issue, exhaust manifold leak bank 1. should I take in or do myself. Easy fix? How much you think thats gonna cost me ?

when i replaced my oem intake a received a code about 3 weeks later.... something to do with vaccum anyways long story short I went over everything with a fine comb amd tightened everything up code went away and had not returned.. chances are imo if you had no codes prior to perform somesort of maitence mod whatever and then you have one after install, its something you did.

Clear the code and see if it returns. I can't see how a coolant flush = exhaust leak. Might be completely unrelated.

normall;y to get at the upper bleeder screw on the rad when doing a drain and fill you remove the drivers side intake...the symptoms sound like the intake was not rassembled properly (i.e tightly, or too tight and it cracked) and its detecting an air leak..op, try unseating the intake and tightening it down properly...hopefully that solves the problem

and for future reference, when somone asks for the code(s), its the code number thats important...secondary diagnostic conclusions like "air intake something" and "exhaust manifold leak bank 1. " are only possible intrepretations which lose meaning especially where there are multiple codes...in this case in combination with other thongs described those two are consistant with a loose/improperly installed intake or improperly installed MAF in the intake ..

dont forget to post an update of how the problem gets solved
