S. F. bay area, looking for places that reprogram the ECU

I own a 2013 G37 coupe and live in the San Francisco bay area and plan on installing a high flow engine air filter and headers.
Looking for places in the SF bay area that will reprogram the ECU?
And ideas on aftermarket filters and headers.

Like the old Yellow Pages ads, I will suggest "let your fingers do the walking". Can't help with your tuner but there are literally hundreds of posts in this forum concerning headers and filters.

Assuming you are talking about a tune, Z garage in San Jose can do that as well as provide dyno.

Most people I know who did tunes usually did street E-Tune through Seb at Specialty Z

I'm less then an hour from San Jose

I'm assuming Specially Z can install headers and or full exhaust system?

If you have instagram, dm @Saul_nismo_knights lots of folks drive to him for dyno tune or he can email tune as well. I think seymore is also active in this forum, heard lots of good feedback from others.
