Master/Slave cylinder or both??

So I recently put a stage 2 clutch kit from ZSpeed with their HD slave and after installing it car was running fine till a day after I notice there such little pressure on my clutch pedal. I stopped driving it till I take it back to the shop but my question is. I didn't replace the master cylinder (I know I should have) but did upgrade the slave. If it's my master cylinder that's bad will the slave go bad with it as well ??

It's my understanding a master fails when it can no longer generate pressure. Usually due to seal wear. As the seals wear, debris contaminates the fluid. This is why it's a good idea to periodically flush/bleed the fluid.

In your case, if the master is already worn, bleeding becomes more difficult. I doubt there's damage to your slave unless it was installed improperly and/or damaged during installation. A new master should resolve the bleeding issue and bring back a firm pedal. Another thought is perhaps the new clutch requires more pressure and because the master is worn, unable to provide it, and/or air in the line.

I'd start by a thorough bleeding. Gravity bleeding works well, then finish off with traditional bleeding.

the z mc doesnt have this round disk on the bottom like the g does which makes install/uninstall a pain in the *** because it makes it stuck between the brake booster and brake lines. no one really knows what it does but speculates its a damper of some sort
