G37 7AT warranty replacement

Was wondering if anyone else has had their 7AT replaced under factory warrenty due to bogging and lag. I recently bought a 2013 g37x with 55,000 kilometres and started having shifting problems at lower speeds. Took it to my dealer and they are replacing the whole trans under factory warrenty..can’t complain with that but has anyone else has similar issues on a newer low km g? Thanks.

At 55000 km!? Most of us deal with the "meh" 7AT issues but I don't think its gotten so bad to need a replacement. How bad were your problems? and also I'm curious did they give a specific reason for replacement on the service sheet?

My main problem was when trying to keep a 20-30km/h roll in traffic it would up shift on light throttle input then bog and vibrate at 1000rpms until I gave it more throttle then it would downshift and be too much power. Just didn’t feel like it should..my 1998 toyota tt aristo had a smoother trans lol. I will find out what they wrote on the service sheet.

Let us know what they diagnosed. Most of the time, similar issues are fixed with a reflash
